It is Snob’s restaurant with different chef, menu and the name itself but with the same interior. Giant lights in the form of pleat cream lamp shades above the tables remind me the same interior detail from Asia de Cuba restaurant in London. The summer terrace opens an amazing view of Christ the Savior Cathedral and rooftops of Moscow expansive mansions. But it is not the interior that draws attention but the new chef, a known Frenchman highly-rated by Michelin. The Provencal accent in the French cuisine influenced by Italian flavors is impressive. But you have to pay for such originality with an astronomic bill. This is the place where the word royal has the meaning of royal cuisine.
